forest line boars here in Hawaii (Ka'u) we call jets as they see dogs every week and run away through the thick forest with good fast dogs you have a better chance to catch them but with a super fast top dog (hard to get) but you must breed them to find one and when u do find one there is no other dog better! fast packs also work good! always breeding for that one dog! Da' ACE!

these dogs would kill every rabbit they see! they do what it takes to hold the hog many times they will scream big boars (a Pack of 4 or more dogs) my old lady bitch can just about stop anything by her selve just rip the ass than steady bark it's yours! but she is way pass her prime, time moves on so bring on the young dogs!

How heavy are they sound like a good breed for catching rabbits do they hold at all or strictly bail?? Do you find the faster breeds are better for the hills and thick shit? Do they get tangled up much?? In oz here they use those breeds for rabbits and fox's on the open flats...

young dogs are whippet/greyhound/saluki...older bitch in the middle is quarter saluki/greyhound had father he was 1/2 whippet/saluki/ all this breed has a little doberman !
