Or go with a jogging or walking buddy and have them stop you when they deem appropriate.

Take action: In order to deal with this type of OCD of walking excessively or running excessively is that you need to limit yourself. In nature, anything in excess is bad. Part of becoming OCD is realizing that a balance has to be achieved in your life.
