Howzit Bradda Ashton, It doesnt matter the shape of the collar my bradda. You need to contact Garmin and request an RMA number they will not accept your collars without an RMA number. You can either call them or email I like to email that way I have a record. They will get back to you within 3 business days they more than likely will ask you what the problem you are having. They will try to see if you can solve your issue without sending it in.
If you dont mind my asking what are the problems you are experiencing with your collars? I might be able to help you out or know if it needs to be for sure sent in for replacement.
Hope this helps!

Howzit Bradda Ashton,
The broken button cant d anything about that one must be sent in. Im not sure about the second one, not sure if I understand? You mention its reads up to a 100 yds before the antenna ripped off. Are you talking about the collar antenna being ripped off? If so you can replace that yourself. The third one sounds like communication issues sometimes the handheld will show a dog icon so some will think they are watching thier dog but in reality the handheld and collar is not communicating. You can check this by going to the dog page and highlighting the dogs name and press enter. This will show you the dogs info page check to see that the communication signal is at least three bars and green in color. If not than youre not getting proper communication. This could be caused by several different things like poor antenna connection, broken antenna wire etc. Hope this info helps you out!
Also it is a good idea to record your Serial number just in case they may ask what it is. This is the number that is on the transmitter under the backing plate and will most likely start with 1DW******
Aloha No,

Also forgot to mention that you can also check to make sure your collars are updated with the newest software updates. You will need to download webupdater from garmin and the USB cable that came with your handheld. Or if you know someone that already has it downloaded and doesnt mind doing the updates for you. If your collars only blink twice then they need to be updated. Once updated they will triple blink This is normal.
One thing I will add is if any of your collars are working fine and have NO ISSUES I would leave them alone. I only update or reset collars IF they start acting up. Ive updated good working collars only to have them stop working. This doesnt happen everytime but it has happened so like the old saying goes if it aint broke dont fix it LOL!!!
Aloha and Goodluck with da collars,
Bradda Muns
